Ginger De Stefano named Insights Association Volunteer of the Year

At CRC 2026 in Chicago this September, Ginger De Stefano, our Head of Operations, was recognized as Insights Association Volunteer of the Year. The recognition honors her "outstanding service, dedication, and leadership" on behalf of the association's membership, Board of Directors and staff.

Anyone who has worked with Ginger will not be surprised. She has spent more than 25 years in research operations, including eleven at RTi Research, where she rose from Field Director to Research Director, and around fourteen as a Director at GfK. Alongside that, she has given a great deal of time to the industry itself: as a chapter President, Treasurer and Board member, and as the author of the training materials used to onboard board members and volunteers across the country. The association also honored her with the Joyce Rachelson Silver Service Award in 2021.

At Good Human Partners, she is the person who picks up.

Congratulations, Ginger, from all of us.
