The Quirk's Event

The Quirk's Event, New York 2026

AJ Keirans and Ginger De Stefano spent Quirk's week in New York: two days at the Javits Center for The Quirk's Event, plus mixers, the MRC Research Council lunch and Phish at Madison Square Garden.

AJ Keirans and Ginger De Stefano spent the week in New York for Quirk's. The Quirk's Event itself ran July 29–30 at the Javits Center, and they were there both days, ready to talk about what we're building, from AI to data quality.

The day before the show was a warm-up of its own: the Insights Association Central Atlantic Chapter's Morning Mingle, and The Research Club NYC's pre-Quirk's summer mixer. The week wrapped on Friday with the MRC Research Council lunch, and along the way there was Phish at Madison Square Garden.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to say hello. See our post from before the show.

In AJ's words

Posted the week before, July 21, 2026:

As we approach our 3rd Anniversary, we begin the celebration tour and one of the staples is Quirk's Media NYC at the Javits. It has come a long way since the days in Brooklyn. Does anyone remember the first year where it felt like a Craft Fair with the folding tables and such? It surely has evolved and is a beast of an event.

We have evolved as well and I am happy to share that Ginger De Stefano and I will be in attendance all week. We are looking forward to meeting with clients, attending some sessions and taking in one of my favorite cities too. The goal is to learn a few new things, make a few new connections and update the industry on some of the great things we are doing and building.

The universe is looking out as one of if not my favorite band Phish will be playing at Madison Square Garden on the 29th. If you've never, this is the move - looking at you Michael Hess, Matt Valle, Tyler Lewtan and others. I know Matt Britton, Liz Granahan, Jake Young, Kerry Hecht & Jim Longo know what's up too.

Bummed to be missing the Small Business Ignite event put on by Insights Association but if you're able to make it, please do. Small Businesses are such an important part of the industry and a driving force for innovation, quality and change.

See you soon! Don't hesitate to reach out.
